Millenium Innovation : Amphibian Transport

The earth as we know it is roughly 70% water. Traveling around it has been made possible through automobiles, planes and boats. It has also cost cities millions of dollars to create bridges and tunnels that span across bodies of water and in between cities. Automakers should research new ways to make the trip from water to land more efficient and less expensive.
An amphibious vehicle (or simply amphibian), is a vehicle or craft, that is a means of transport, viable on land as well as on water.

Some Designs of Amphibian Transport & Submersible Transport.  Some of the designs are still just a dream.
